Starbucks-style cold foam

Simple sweet cold foam for iced coffee, made with heavy cream, milk, and vanilla in a frother.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract in a small cup or the frother pitcher.
  2. Froth on the cold setting until thick and velvety (about 30–60 seconds). Pour over iced coffee.
