Starbucks-style cold foam
Simple sweet cold foam for iced coffee, made with heavy cream, milk, and vanilla in a frother.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract in a small cup or the frother pitcher.
- Froth on the cold setting until thick and velvety (about 30–60 seconds). Pour over iced coffee.
