Starbucks-style cold foam
Simple sweet cold foam for iced coffee, made with heavy cream, milk, and vanilla in a frother.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract -or- 1 pump of Torani Vanilla Syrup
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract in an electric milk frother.
- Froth with an electric milk frother on the cold setting until thick and velvety (about 30–60 seconds). A countertop electric frother with a cold program works well. Pour over iced coffee.
